Sales Associate

Role Overview — Sales Associate 

 

This is a senior outbound sales role responsible for executing and owning revenue-generating conversations on behalf of multiple clients across different industries.

 

Unlike entry-level outbound roles focused solely on appointment setting, this position involves full-cycle sales responsibilities, including outbound prospecting, qualification, and closing clients directly where appropriate. You will represent client brands professionally, manage live sales conversations, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.

 

This role is a strong fit for candidates who already have outbound sales experience, enjoy owning deals end-to-end, and want exposure to real client-facing sales environments with increased responsibility and upside.

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

• High-volume outbound cold calling and targeted email outreach into qualified accounts

• Executing client-specific prospecting campaigns, scripts, and positioning

• Running live sales conversations with decision-makers

• Qualifying opportunities and, for select campaigns, closing clients directly

• Scheduling follow-up calls or handoffs where appropriate

• Managing active opportunities and progressing deals through the pipeline

• Accurately tracking activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM

• Consistently achieving daily and weekly performance benchmarks

• Iterating on messaging and sales approach based on conversion data and feedback

 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

• Prior outbound sales experience with comfort running live sales conversations

• Confidence and authority on cold calls with decision-makers

• Ability to represent multiple client brands professionally

• Strong organization, follow-through, and time management in a remote environment

• Emotional resilience and composure when handling objections and rejection

• Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or closing roles preferred

• Coachability, competitiveness, and motivation tied to performance-based outcomes
