Sales/Marketing Trainee

We are seeking an entry-level part-time Sales & Marketing Trainee to learn and assist our sales department.  This role is designed to transition into a full-time sales position within 3-6 months of hire for applicants who qualify.  Please note, some out-of-town travel will be required for a full-time Sales role.

Requirements:  Proficiency in English, Basic PC skills (Windows, MS Office and Internet).  Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).  Ability to implement problem-solving skills and critical analysis.  Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing).  A positive attitude with customer satisfaction in mind to learn and grow in the Sales & Marketing field.

Key responsibilities:  Assist in responding and following customer inquiries/leads, provide product or service information to existing or potential customers, update the company presentation materials, prepare entry-level sales & supplier documents, visit accounts.

Details:  Temp-To-Hire position w/ 3-month probationary period.  Initial schedule will be approx. 20 hours per week as part-time.  After that, transition to full-time is required to adequately support the company sales effort.

Current product line is LCD Monitors for Industrial/Medical applications; All-In-One Panel/PC/Tablet, expanding into security cameras for marine applications.
