Retail Sales Associate
This position is responsible for providing customer service and sales. Provides assistance and support for coworkers and customers and assists the overall business by being efficient, financially stable, and functionally assessable to all customers and clients.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Proves excellence in customer service.
- Operates cash register systems and has ability to troubleshoot errors or problems in pricing.
- Loads and unloads shipments of products while using proper safety protocols.
- Restocks shelves and merchandizes product areas ensuring all products are displayed appropriately.
- Keeps store clean and presentable.
- Takes an active role in learning about products carried by Bridger Animal Nutrition.
- Greets and welcomes all customers with positive intentions.
- Operation of forklift after proper training.
- Takes an active role in responding to company emails and/or text messages.
- Works varying shifts as scheduled which includes both opening and closing the business.
- Frequent lifting up to 50 and sometimes team lifts of 100lbs.
- Performs other duties as assigned by owner or manager.
