Summer 2026 Finance Internship

Job Description
Fulkerson, Kennedy & Company (FK&Co.) is a boutique DC-based firm that specializes in Democratic Senate fundraising, event planning, and campaign finance. FK&Co. works with members of Congress, non-profit organizations, corporations, and individuals. Interns will assist in client fundraising efforts and have the opportunity to shadow associates at various DC-area events.

Accepted applicants are expected to commit to at least 20 hours/week, with the option for some limited remote work (fully remote applicants will not be considered). Stipends of $600 to $800 per month will be paid based on the number of hours worked. 

Responsibilities: 
Donor research 
Writing briefing materials for clients 
Event and meeting outreach
Event Preparation

Desired qualifications:
Prior political internship experience is preferred, but not required
Interest in politics, specifically Democratic campaigns
Organized and motivated self-starter 
Works well in a fast-paced environment 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make professional phone calls
Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
