Today, over 100,000 small (but mighty) businesses rely on us to make work radically easier. Together, we’ve tracked over a billion hours for 2.5+ million workers—and we’re just getting started.
At Homebase, we celebrate diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We welcome all candidates and do not discriminate based on any legally protected status. If you need accommodations during the hiring process, please let us know—we’re committed to ensuring fair and equitable access for all.
We’re a collaborative, fast-moving tech company with a hybrid work culture focused on learning, impact, and supporting local businesses. The intern will work a standard full-time schedule aligned to typical business hours (roughly 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), spending three days per week in person—Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—in our private office in downtown San Francisco, with the remaining days typically working remotely. Our office is a casual but high-performance environment where teams co-work in shared spaces, use Slack and Zoom to stay connected, and rely on regular check-ins and feedback to support growth. Interns are treated as full team members: they’re invited to team meetings, encouraged to ask questions, and supported by a manager and peers who value inclusion, curiosity, and ownership.
