Where you come in:
• Your role will focus on and creating meaningful impact on programs that enhance CX across the customer
journey.
• You will gain experience designing and deploying voice of customer surveys, interpreting results, and working
cross-functionally to share insights and develop action plans for continuous CX improvement.

DEXCOM JOB POSTING 
• This position will also support cross functional collaborative CX initiatives in digital marketing that focus on
educating and empowering customers in their use of Dexcom products.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
• Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree with
an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
Non-Exempt Salary Details:
The annualized base salary range for this role is $22.00 to $25.00. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions
are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately
depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your
assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75
miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
