About the Role
Boston Event Guide is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team and support both Boston Event Guide and Bridal Bash events.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, relationship-building, and closing deals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Our Goals
- Grow annual amount of tickets sold from 10,000 to 20,000+ through marketing, partnerships, and influencers.
- Create 25 amazing partnerships with groups, media, & companies.
- Expand our social media following from 75k currently to 150k+ followers.
What You’ll Be Selling
- Corporate event planning, staffing, and advertising services
- Event sponsorship packages
- Vendor booth and group ticket sales
Signature Boston Event Guide events include
- Wine and Seltzer Festivals
- Bridal Bash wedding expos
- Seaport Summer Cruise Series
- New Year’s Eve galas (Resolution Ball, Back Bay Ball)
- Additional large-scale public and corporate events
Key Responsibilities
- Research, prospect, and outreach to new corporate clients, sponsors, and vendors
- Sell event sponsorships, vendor booths, and group ticket packages
- Drive corporate event planning and staffing sales
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and accounts using a CRM
- Maintain existing partnerships while closing new business
- Collaborate with internal team to align partnerships with event goals
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new revenue opportunities and partnership ideas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years experience in a similar role required
- Experience in sales, sponsorships, event sales, media sales, or B2B partnerships preferred
- CRM experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to work independently
- Interest in events, marketing, hospitality, or experiential sales is a plus
Compensation/ Benefits
- $50,000 base salary plus commission (potential for $100k+)
- Commission on sponsorships, vendor sales, group sales, and corporate events
- Fully remote role
