Medical Device Sales Internship

The Arthrex Green Bay Medical Device Sales Internship provides hands-on experience in the dynamic field of medical device sales. Interns gain practical knowledge by delivering implants, managing inventory, and shadowing team members across Green Bay territories. They participate in cases, sales calls, and professional training sessions designed to build sales and leadership skills. Additional responsibilities include preparing for cases by reviewing training materials, collaborating with Product Managers to deepen product knowledge, and supporting medical education initiatives such as labs and special projects. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Deliver implants and sets to/from facilities.
  • Assist with inventory management in the back office.
  • Shadow team members across multiple Green Bay territories.
  • Participate in cases and sales calls for hands-on learning.
  • Review training modules, take notes, and prepare materials for upcoming cases.
  • Engage in structured training programs, weekly recaps, and mock sales scenarios to develop professional skills.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to understand product categories and applications.
  • Assist the Medical Education Manager with labs and special projects.

Requirements to Apply:

  • Completion of at least three years of an undergraduate degree
  • Preferred majors: Business Management, Human Biology, Communications and Health Relations, Pre-Med
