Founding Intern, Fullstack App Development

We're looking for an exceptional, self-driven Founding Intern (Fullstack App Development) to build thoughtful agentic architectures in our mobile app that and personalizes preventive heart health. Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features across the stack: React Native (mobile) + FastAPI (backend).
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop mobile UI flows in React Native that are responsive, accessible, and production-quality.
- Work with PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, query optimization) to support new features.
- Work closely with the founder to turn ambiguous problems into crystal clear requirements and shippable iterations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in CS or related fields. We care more about your ability to learn quickly and think from first principles than your specific major.
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals and hands-on experience building apps with React Native (or React).
- Hands-on experience with Python and API development (FastAPI or Flask experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of relational databases; PostgreSQL experience is a plus.
- High ownership mindset: you proactively unblock yourself, communicate clearly, and follow through.
- Deep interest in health, technology, and excitement for our mission.
