Gelato Production Intern

Pay: $15/hour (Paid Internship)

Ola Gelato is looking for motivated, hands-on interns to join our fast-paced production team. This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates or students close to graduating who want real-world experience in gelato and frozen dessert production within the hospitality industry.

You’ll work inside a high-volume production facility supplying leading restaurants, luxury hotels, stadiums, and private clubs, gaining exposure to how a premium frozen dessert brand operates at scale.

What You’ll Experience

Daily hands-on gelato and frozen dessert production

Working in a high-paced, professional food production environment

Exposure to operations serving top hospitality brands

Learning production workflows, quality control, and food safety

Understanding how a growing food brand services major hospitality accounts

Who This Is For

Recent graduates or students nearing graduation

Culinary, hospitality, food science, or operations-focused backgrounds (a plus, not required)

Organized, energetic, and eager to learn
