Influencer Marketing Intern
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Influencer Marketing Intern to support our influencer, creator, and ambassador programs across IHC’s client portfolio. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter who is passionate about social media, digital culture, and storytelling through creators. You’ll gain hands-on experience with influencer outreach, campaign coordination, tracking, reporting, and emerging trends.
Influencer & Creator Research
- Identify relevant influencers and creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts
- Evaluate creator fit using audience demographics, content quality, and engagement metrics
- Build organized lists and databases of talent
- Assist with outreach to approved influencers and creators
Campaign Support
- Assist with outreach emails and follow-up communication
- Draft briefs, talking points, and content guidelines
- Assist with contract preparation and review
- Coordinate product seeding, shipment tracking, and creator gifting
- Monitor campaign deliverables and timelines
Reporting & Analytics
- Track influencer posts, collect insights, and compile screenshots
- Update performance dashboards and monthly analytics reports
- Conduct competitive research and industry trend analyses
- Assist with preparing meeting agendas and end-of-month (EOM) reports
Administrative & Team Support
- Maintain influencer CRM and tracking documents
- Assist with brainstorming sessions for campaigns and partnerships
- Support social media team with post scheduling and content ideas (as needed)
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and podcasts
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Modash or similar tools a plus
- Prior internship experience in marketing, social media, PR, or communications preferred, but not required
- Genuine interest in wellness, lifestyle, and culture-driven brands is a bonus

Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and compile outreach lists for brand, lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, and influencer partnerships, and assist in conducting outreach directly
- Support tracking of partner outreach, communications, and deliverables
- Maintain shared documents, trackers, and partnership databases
- Help draft partnership agreements, briefing docs, recaps, and internal presentations
- Join internal meetings and assist with follow-up items
- Stay up to date on cultural trends, competitive activations, and relevant industry events
- Support on-site at client or agency events (as needed and available)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Event Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); Canva or Adobe is a plus
- Passion for wellness, beauty, design, and/or lifestyle brands is a bonus
Job Type: Unpaid Internship
Schedule:
- Minimum 20 hours a week, with availability for calls/in-person meetings Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm
- Weekend availability as needed for real-time posting or event support
Work Location: Hybrid or remote
Compensation: Unpaid / School Credit
