We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Photographer Assistant / Associate Photographer to support corporate photography and content production. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in professional environments and enjoys collaborating as part of a creative team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist lead photographer during corporate events, conferences, forums, and meetings
Capture event photography independently when needed
Support and assist with posing individuals and groups for team photos
Photograph professional headshots following established lighting and brand standards
Assist with lighting setups, equipment management, and on-site logistics
Perform basic to intermediate photo editing and file organization (as needed)
Ensure consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail across all deliverables
Qualifications
Experience with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems
Comfortable photographing people in professional and corporate settings
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to direct individuals and groups confidently
Basic understanding of lighting for portraits and events
Familiarity with editing software such as Lightroom and Photoshop is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communication
Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience shooting corporate headshots or events
Experience assisting on multi-photographer or video teams
Comfort working under time constraints and live event conditions
