About Rebel Fox

Rebel Fox is a creative strategy and design agency that helps clients in the travel and tourism industry grow. We work with destinations, cultural institutions, museums, and airports. We build mission-led brands and create identities, campaigns, and experiences through great storytelling.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team for a hands-on, real-world agency experience. This is not a “watch from the sidelines” internship—you’ll contribute to active client projects and learn how creative work moves from concept to execution inside a collaborative environment.

You’ll work closely with our designers, strategists, and project managers to support brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital assets for clients across travel, tourism, arts, culture, and aviation sectors.

What You’ll Do

Support the design team on branding, print, and digital projects

Create and adapt visual assets such as:

  • Social media graphics
  • Presentation decks
  • Print collateral (posters, brochures, signage)
  • Advertising concepts

Experiences:

  • Assist with production tasks, file prep, and layout refinement
  • Participate in creative reviews and brainstorming sessions
  • Learn how design decisions connect to strategy, messaging, and audience needs
  • Manage tasks and deadlines with guidance from senior team members

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to revise and refine work
  • Curiosity, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage time independently and communicate clearly
  • Interest in branding, storytelling, and purpose-driven work
  • Experience with social media design or templates
  • Familiarity with basic motion, Canva, or Figma
