E-Commerce Assistant
Part-Time E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant
Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support the growth of our online sales through our Shopify store. This flexible part-time role is ideal for someone interested in e-commerce, marketing, and coffee. The position is expected to start with 2-4 hours per week and will expand as our sales and online presence grow.
Responsibilities:
- Add, update, and maintain coffee product listings on our Shopify website
- Create engaging email campaigns and newsletters to connect with current customers
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and website traffic
- Engage with customers via email and social media, providing excellent service
- Monitor online traffic and sales trends to optimize marketing efforts
- Support online promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives
- Assist in any other areas needed to support the growth of the business
Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Strong written communication skills
- Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
- Passion for coffee and online sales is a plus
