Job Description

Raw Talent Performing Arts is seeking a Majorette Dance Teaching Artist with experience in HBCU-style movement and performance traditions. This role centers cultural legacy, precision, confidence, and team excellence.

Responsibilities

Teach majorette fundamentals, formations, and performance quality

Introduce students to HBCU dance culture and history

Build discipline, leadership, and team cohesion

Prepare students for performances and showcases

Qualifications

Majorette or HBCU band/dance team experience strongly preferred

Ability to manage high-energy group instruction

Strong leadership and presence
