Post-Production & Production Assistant Intern (Part-Time)
Location: In-office with local production support
Schedule: Part-time

PHENYX is seeking a talented and creative Post-Production & Production Assistant to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will support both post-production editing and on-site production needs, contributing to high-quality video content that aligns with our clients’ goals and brand standards.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creatively driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the PHENYX team and clients during pre-production planning
• Assist with local productions, including on-site support as needed
• Edit video footage during post-production to create polished, engaging content
• Organize and manage raw footage, assets, and project files
• Apply basic color correction, sound adjustments, and motion elements when needed
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing and/or production support
• Proficiency with editing software, including Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and composition
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to stay current with industry tools and trends

Location & Availability

• Part-time position
• In-office role with local production support
• Must be able to work from the Lafayette, CO office
