A&R Intern
Vibration Music Group is the music publishing arm of Cineternity: The Creative Arboretum, uniting artists across music, film, television, and marketing. We work closely with our sister companies to develop artist-forward, sync-ready music that lives across multiple creative mediums.
We are seeking an A&R Intern who is eager to develop their ear, taste, and understanding of music publishing within a real-world, boutique ecosystem.
This internship is designed for students who want hands-on exposure to artist discovery, music evaluation, and publishing support, without the hierarchy or gatekeeping of major-label environments.
Internship Overview
During this internship, you will work closely with the Vibration Music Group team to support artist discovery, music analysis, catalog organization, and release preparation. You will gain exposure to how music is evaluated not only for artistic merit, but also for publishing, sync, and cross-media potential.
You will leave this internship with a stronger understanding of how A&R functions within a publishing-focused environment, how artists are assessed holistically, and how music lives within a broader creative ecosystem.
