Location: Coral Gables, FL (Hybrid preferred)
 Type: Full-Time (open to strong Part-Time candidates)

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day social media strategy, content planning, and execution across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and is excited to work across a variety of industries and content styles.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars for multiple client accounts
  • Collaborate with account, design, and video teams to plan campaigns and ongoing content
  • Ensure content aligns with each brand’s voice, goals, and overall marketing strategy

Content Execution & Publishing

  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and social copy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools and native platforms
  • Create and edit short-form video content using CapCut (required) and assist with basic graphics and story formatting as needed

Community Management & Engagement

  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms
  • Respond to inquiries and engage with followers in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Proactively engage with relevant community and industry accounts to increase visibility

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, and content trends
  • Monitor algorithm changes and platform updates to adjust strategy accordingly
  • Provide basic performance summaries and insights to internal teams and clients

On-Site & Event Support (as needed)

  • Attend select client events, activations, or shoots to capture and post real-time content
  • Support content collection efforts with photo and video teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of professional social media management experience (agency experience a plus)
  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to brand voice and tone
  • Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
  • Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with additional video or design tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience working with lifestyle, real estate, hospitality, or professional services brands
  • Strong understanding of short-form video trends and platform culture
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
