Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator - Part Time
Valley Transit is seeking a motivated, people-focused professional to support our organizations goals of providing safe, reliable, and efficient public transportation in the Fox Cities. The Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring uninterrupted transit operations by proactively identifying and engaging qualified candidates for safety-sensitive, operational, technical, and administrative positions.
This part-time position works collaboratively with department managers to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience while building strong, sustainable talent pipelines for the organization.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Previous recruiting or human resources experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or public service sectors
- Experience sourcing candidates for skilled trades, operations, or safety-sensitive roles
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

RECRUITMENT SOURCING COORDINATOR
This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and community outreach channels to attract qualified candidates. The Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator will assist hiring managers with candidate evaluation, support applicants throughout the hiring process, and participate in job fairs, community events, and partnerships to promote employment opportunities at Valley Transit.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, response rates, and time-to-fill, while providing insights for continuous improvement. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software such as NEOGOV, Workday, or iCIMS is a plus.
Work is performed under the supervision of the Valley Transit General Manager and plays a critical role in supporting excellent public service delivery.
