Media Creator - Paid By Project (Opportunity for Continued Work)
Position Overview
Evolve Academy International is seeking a creative and reliable media creator (students welcome) to produce short-form video content for our digital platforms. This role focuses on creating 30-second promotional ads and 1.5–2 minute educational videos centered on athlete development and mental performance.
This is a remote, flexible, freelance role paid per completed video, making it ideal for students balancing coursework with real-world creative work.
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce 30-second social media ads (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Create 1.5–2 minute educational videos using provided outlines or scripts
- Add captions, light motion graphics, and visual storytelling elements
- Collaborate remotely with our team for feedback and revisions
- Deliver polished, on-brand content on agreed timelines
- Create multiple videos per week
Qualifications
- Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail
- Interest in sports, athletics, or digital education is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Portfolio or sample work required (class projects accepted)
Compensation
- Paid per video (not hourly)
- Rates discussed upfront per project
