Pay-to-Park App Transition Assistant

Approximately 20-25 hours per week

Salary: $17 per hour

Portsmouth International Airport (PSM) is seeking enthusiastic, motivated and tech-savvy interns to assist with the transition to our new pay-to-park application in our airport parking lot. 

This role will provide support, training and enthusiastic customer support to members of the traveling public as we transition to a new pay for parking system through the Pango app. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, software conversion, digital marketing and advertising, and customer service in a dynamic environment.

Each internship will run from approximately 2/1/26-5/1/26.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in testing the new application for functionality and user experience.
  • Help develop and distribute communication materials to educate airport users about the new system.
  • Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users through the rollout phase.
  • Gather user feedback and report issues to the project management team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in technology and mobile applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media and basic digital communication tools
  • Interest in marketing/advertising
