Leasing Marketing Agent

We are a real estate firm seeking a Leasing/Marketing Agent who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ideal candidate will enjoy being primarily outside of the office, and in the community! The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and having a working knowledge of available properties is crucial.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage companies social media presence 
  • Have an awareness of available units, and be able to describe available leasing options
  • Accompany prospective tenants to available units as needed
  • Interview prospective residents to determine how we can meet their needs
  • Post notices
  • Articulate any maintenance that will need to be scheduled during the turnover
  • Follow all Fair Housing Laws
  • Make up Application Packets, Move-In and Move-Out folders as needed
  • Ability to handle phone calls in a concise, pleasant, and knowledgeable manner
  • Assist with general office duties – answer phones, copying, resident notices, entering payments when necessary, etc

Job type: Part time 

Experience:

  • Marketing: adept at social media marketing 
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High School or equivalent (Preferred)

License:

  • Driver's License
  • Automobile Insurance
