Leasing Marketing Agent
We are a real estate firm seeking a Leasing/Marketing Agent who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ideal candidate will enjoy being primarily outside of the office, and in the community! The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and having a working knowledge of available properties is crucial.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage companies social media presence
- Have an awareness of available units, and be able to describe available leasing options
- Accompany prospective tenants to available units as needed
- Interview prospective residents to determine how we can meet their needs
- Post notices
- Articulate any maintenance that will need to be scheduled during the turnover
- Follow all Fair Housing Laws
- Make up Application Packets, Move-In and Move-Out folders as needed
- Ability to handle phone calls in a concise, pleasant, and knowledgeable manner
- Assist with general office duties – answer phones, copying, resident notices, entering payments when necessary, etc

Experience:
- Marketing: adept at social media marketing
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- High School or equivalent (Preferred)
License:
- Driver's License
- Automobile Insurance
