About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Specialist to support NovoProtein’s inbound marketing and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for a current student, recent graduate, or early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience managing real digital campaigns with measurable business impact in a biotech setting.
You’ll work closely with business development, technical, and marketing teams to execute and optimize digital marketing programs across multiple online channels.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, manage, and optimize LinkedIn marketing and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Execute and refine Google Ads (search and display)
- Create and manage EDM / email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, event follow-ups)
- Support inbound marketing initiatives (landing pages, gated content, campaign funnels)
- Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion rates)
- Assist with copywriting, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Explore and test additional digital channels as needed (webinars, content syndication, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related fields)
- Strong interest in digital marketing, online advertising, and growth marketing
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or email marketing tools (hands-on experience is a plus, not required)
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Interest in biotech, life sciences, or technology is a plus (no scientific background required)
Preferred Skills
- Basic graphic design for marketing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools)
- Understanding of data analytics and marketing metrics (Google Analytics, dashboards, Excel, or similar tools)
- Ability to translate data insights into campaign optimization ideas
- Experience creating simple visual assets for ads, emails, or landing pages
