Position Overview
Manufacture Good is seeking a paid Administrative & Program Assistant to support daily administrative and program operations.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Apprenticeship Support
- Assist with coordinating apprentice programming and logistics
- Track attendance, participation, and basic program data
- Prepare materials for trainings, orientations, and workshops
- Help coordinate lunch-and-learn sessions, including scheduling and food ordering
Administrative & Data Entry
- Perform data entry and maintain organized digital and physical files
- Assist with invoices, receipts, and basic financial administrative tasks
- Support general administrative needs and internal systems
- Help order and organize office, program, and apprentice supplies
- Track inventory needs and communicate shortages
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, Google Docs, spreadsheets)
- Comfort with social media and basic content posting
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and find tasks
- Reliable, able to manage multiple tasks, and follow through
- Ability to drive to pick up lunches or supplies as needed

Schedule & Structure
- Paid position
- $15–$18 per hour, based on experience and availability
- Part-time hours (typically 20–30 hours per week, flexible around class schedules)
- Primarily office-based with occasional shop support
- Remote work available on occasion
