Sales Associate
Laciva LLC is looking for a high-energy, multi-disciplinary Resident to join the Tribe. This isn’t a "coffee-runner" internship; you will be on the front lines of Performance Visualized. You will assist in the operations of LCVA (our mindset and coaching marketplace) and the production engine of Laciva Studio.
Your mission is to help us bridge the gap between elite movement and cinematic media. You will support our featured coaches, assist in capturing "Spotlight" content, and help manage the traffic/referral systems that fuel our marketplace.
Expected Responsibilities:
Content Production Support: Assist Laciva Studio during "Spotlight" shoots, capturing behind-the-scenes footage and helping manage high-fidelity media assets.
Marketplace Operations: Help coordinate "Traffic & Referral" flows between LCVA members and our sponsored/featured coaches.
Community Engagement: Monitor the LCVA digital community, ensuring members are engaging with our mindset content and new digital workout drops.
On-Site Brand Support: Assist with brand standards and "Performance Visualized" initiatives at our partner locations.
Digital Twin Integration: Support the premium onboarding process for members upgrading to our biometric "Digital Twin" service.
Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Sports Management, Marketing, Kinesiology, or Digital Media.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube) and a "creator" mindset.
Basic knowledge of fitness/wellness trends and a personal passion for high-performance/balanced living.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, "bootstrapped" environment where self-starting is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills—you will be interacting with elite coaches and high-level members.
Specific Skills We’re Looking For:
Content Creation: Basic -to- advanced video editing (Davinci Resolve, Premiere, or similar) and photography.
Business Tech: Familiarity with CRM or coaching platforms (ABC Trainerize, etc.) is a plus.
Sales/Marketing: Ability to articulate the value of LCVA "Packages" to potential partners.
Data Literacy: An interest in wearable tech (Oura, Apple Watch, etc.) and how data influences the Digital Twin model.
