Marketing Intern:

Mile High Tumblers is creating a platform for tumblers globally to compete at a professional level. As we're gaining traction and momentum, the Marketing Intern will assist in our advertising and promotional efforts on social media platforms. Their main duties include completing clerical and administrative duties, building social media campaigns, and preparing promotional materials and presentations. The position can be remote and will begin as a paid part-time internship, with a lot of room for upward mobility and potential to develop into a
full-time paid position.

Number of hours: 2 - 5hrs wkly

Compensation (hourly): $15 hr

about what we do.

Skills:

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

Platform Proficiency: Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (standard for sports/athletic promotion).

Campaign Strategy: Understanding how to create a "narrative" rather than just posting individual photos.

Community Engagement: Skills in responding to comments and fostering awareness among a global audience.

Content Creation & Design

Graphic Design Basics: Proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Express for social tiles and flyers.

Copywriting: The ability to write engaging, concise captions and promotional text for donors and sponsors.

Presentation Software: Familiar with Google Slides or PowerPoint to create professional decks for potential sponsors.

Professional Outreach & Lead Generation

Strategic Research: Ability to identify potential corporate sponsors or donors who align with the tumbling community.

Professional Correspondence: Writing clear, persuasive emails or LinkedIn outreach messages to affiliated partners.

Brand Advocacy: Being able to clearly articulate the organization's mission to external stakeholders.

Administrative & Organizational Skills

Project Management: Basic knowledge of tools (like Trello, Asana, or simple Google Sheets) to track upcoming events and fundraisers.

File Organization: Keeping promotional assets, logos, and athlete bios organized for quick access.

Time Management: As this is a 2–5 hour weekly commitment, the intern must be highly efficient and self-directed.
