Location: DFW preferred (Central Time)
Type: On-Call, Part-Time / Side Hustle
Hours: As needed (Agency hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT)
Compensation: Paid per fix / task, monthly

 

About the Role

We’re a small and growing digital agency that builds websites and digital experiences for real clients. We’re looking for an on-call tech support developer to join our team on a flexible, as-needed basis.

This is a side-hustle-style role you won’t have fixed hours, but you’ll be available to help when technical issues arise, like site downtime, bugs, or urgent fixes. You’ll also get the chance to learn from our developers and see how we handle live client projects in real time.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Jump in on on-demand fixes for client websites and digital products

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with:

  • Next.js apps
  • Node.js backends
  • TypeScript code
  • CMS integrations (Sanity)
  • Hosting / deployment (Vercel)
  • Version control (GitHub)

Help maintain smooth client operations by addressing urgent technical issues

Work alongside our dev team and learn best practices in a real-world agency setting

 

Availability

 

Must be reachable during Central Time business hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) for urgent tasks

Workload is on-call only: no daily schedule or full-time commitment

Ideal for junior developers, CS students, or self-taught devs looking for flexible side work

 

Compensation

 

Paid per fix / per task, tracked monthly

Designed as a supplemental income role earn as you work
