HR Administrative Assistant

Job Description:TechSun Soft is seeking a Strong detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department.


 

Job Responsibilities/Roles:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews
  • Process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and transfers
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation sessions
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role preferred
