Sales Assistant Trainee

Forge Management is seeking an energetic Sales Assistant Trainee to join our team. In this  Sales Assistant Trainee role, you will assist customers and businesses in enrolling in our telecommunications services, offering them expert guidance and support to help them select the products and devices that best meet their needs. As the  Sales Assistant Trainee you will be sure that every customer is satisfied and confident in their service choices.

We are committed to providing our customers with solution oriented approaches that solve their telecommunication desires. Whether it be new phone services for your business, internet with high speed, or better pricing, our  Sales Assistant Trainees are there to assist. The primary responsibilities will also include staying current on all services available to our customers and leading the sales process from start to finish so customers have one main point of contact and can feel confident along the way. 

 Sales Assistant Trainee Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in understanding and enrolling in our telecommunications services and ensuring they select services that best meet their needs by educating them on what's available to them 
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, guiding them through the enrollment process and addressing any questions or concerns as their main point of contact 
  • Process any orders customers are interested in and be a part of their entire sales process until either installation or delivery 
  • Stay informed on the latest services, promotions, and offerings to provide customers with up-to-date, accurate information.
  • Identify and resolve any challenges or issues customers may face during the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service, with the goal of delivering a memorable and positive experience.

 Sales Assistant Trainee Qualifications:

  • Passion for helping people and delivering top-tier service
  • Engage with customers and effectively explain information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Work in a team environment, collaborating new strategies and supporting peers 
  • Prior experience working in a team environment, customer service, sales or customer facing role 
  • Willing to expand your skills and knowledge about telecommunications services.
