We are thrilled to announce internship openings at BookSmart Properties! BookSmart Properties is a data-driven, results-focused Property Management company that brings transparency and simplicity to our partners. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as summer Operations Interns. As an Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in the guest experience, quality control, and the operational success of our company.
About the Internship:
- Housing in Corolla, NC provided. Looking for three interns to share a home and work together. The home features ocean views and is only a short walk to the beach. You’ll have a private bedroom and share a kitchen/living room/laundry. Enjoy everything the Outer Banks has to offer in the summer!
- Internship duration: Mid May - Mid August
- Compensation: Paid internship with housing and utilities included!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Coordinate with team and vendors to ensure overall management quality. Assist in home walkthrough inspections to identify maintenance related issues
- Market & Financial Analysis: Help develop market analysis and pricing strategies for clients and generate reports that inform key strategic decisions
- Owner Relations: Assist in the onboarding and sales process for prospective leads
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Current college Senior or Junior
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills
