Our Entry Level Retail Team Members help clients throughout every stage of the outreach process and ensure that we are meeting their needs. In addition, the Entry Level Retail Team Members develop quality relationships with clients, making them feel inspired and confident while handling all customer concerns, objections, and complaints with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities as an Entry Level Retail Team Member: 

• Confidently provide information to clients regarding sales promotions and company history
• Increase product knowledge and improve sales knowledge through attending meetings with our department teams
• Ensure proper attitude, behavior, and respect for our brand and Entry Level Retail Team Member policies
• Develop authentic relationships with the brand’s prospective consumers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience
• Answer a wide array of customer inquiries, such as product knowledge, pricing, and item availability by utilizing Entry Level Retail Team Member training and client communication
• Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and increased sales revenue
• Gather new sales tactics by attending Entry Level Retail Team Member networking and working events
