Performance Creative Designer
Performance Creative Designer (Ads + Landing Pages) — On Site
Based Agency is hiring a Performance Creative Designer to help us ship high-converting ad creative + standardized PPC/landing page designs for local service businesses across the U.S.
We need a creative who thinks like a marketer, moves fast, and can produce assets that directly support results.
Responsibilities
Performance Creative (Primary)
- Create video ads (UGC, founder-style, testimonials, before/after, offer-driven edits)
- Create static ad creatives with lots of hook/offer variations
- Produce multiple versions of winners (new hooks, pacing, headlines, CTAs) for testing
- Collaborate with our Paid Media Manager to iterate based on performance
Landing Pages + Website Assets (Secondary but Important)
- Build and improve standardized PPC landing pages (layout + sections) in Figma
- Design landing page assets: icons, section graphics, trust badges, proof visuals, hero layouts
- Support ongoing website visuals as needed (simple on-brand components, not fully custom sites)
Brand Support (As Needed)
- Create clean, modern logos and brand assets when required
Must-Have
- Figma experience (components/sections for landing pages)
- Adobe Suite (Illustrator + Photoshop minimum)
- Video editing in CapCut Pro OR Premiere Pro OR After Effects OR DaVinci
- Solid logo design skills
- Strong creative instincts + basic copy sense (hooks, overlays, captions)
Nice-to-Have
- Figma prototyping
- Direct-response/ad agency experience
- Motion graphics/animation + caption-heavy short-form styles
