Role: Part-Time Brand Representative

Job Description: We’re hiring a part-time Brand Representative to help Reform Botanicals grow in New York City and throughout the US.  This is a fun and dynamic role that helps with events and pop-ups. If the fit and timing are right, this role can expand and become a long-term opportunity.

Brand Representative Responsibilities:

• Serve as Reform Botanicals’ brand representative at local events and community gatherings, developing strong relationships and helping to build brand awareness and brand loyalists in the territory
• Ensure Reform Botanicals products are displayed in an optimal position at retailers to heighten brand presence
• Educate buyers, budtenders, and consumers on the benefits of our Reform Botanicals product line and our brand story and mission
• Assist with production needs at Reform Botanicals brand activations and local events
• Continual enhancement of cannabis knowledge, our value proposition, and our WHY
• Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards/requirements
• Share feedback, insights, and ideas about the market, our customers, and end users with our team
• Work collectively and respectfully with team members
   

Additional notes:

This is a paid position.

• Applicants MUST be over 21+, as we are in the cannabis industry
• Brand Representative 
  • Retail Pop-ups (where we can sell products): $20 per hour + 3% Sales Commission (Commission starts after the event fee is paid out)
  • Budtender Activation + Training: $20 per hour 
• It is required to sign an NDA, which includes a non-compete
