Role Description
This is a contract role for a Mental Health Therapist (LGBTQ Affirming) at ALL 1 FAMILY. The role is hybrid, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for conducting individual and family therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, managing case files, and providing mental health support. The therapist will work closely with clients to address their mental health needs and connect them with appropriate resources.

Qualifications
Skills in Treatment Planning and Mental Health support
Experience in Social Work and Case Management
Proficiency in Family Therapy techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with the LGBTQ community is highly desirable
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials preferred
