We’re growing fast and we’re ready to bring on a creative mind to join our team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who wants real-world experience working inside a luxury contracting business. This is a hands-on internship where you won’t just watch — you’ll create, post, test, and learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Brainstorm and produce content for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok-style edits, before/after videos, photo storytelling)
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including paid ads
  • Help write captions, stories, and short-form content about real projects and crews in the field
  • Organize jobsite and project photos/videos
  • Monitor post performance and engagement analytics
  • Support additional brand projects as needed (website, newsletters, print materials)
  • Support basic website SEO, including keyword research, meta updates, and content tweaks
  • Work on various marketing projects as they come up, from website updates to print pieces and community events
  • Pitch new ideas to help elevate our brand presence

Who You Are

  • Creative and curious — you love telling stories through photos, video, and design
  • Strong interest in content creation, marketing, or social media
  • Comfortable brainstorming ideas and pitching concepts
  • Excited by hands-on experience — not afraid to learn by doing
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working on a small team

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Google Analytics or Google Business Profile
  • Interest in design, construction, real estate, or luxury brands

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on marketing experience with a luxury brand
  • Direct mentorship from company leadership
  • Resume- and portfolio-worthy work
  • Exposure to branding, local SEO, and content marketing
  • Potential for extended or future opportunities

How to Apply

Apply through Handshake with your resume and a short note explaining why you’re interested in Spruce Contracting.

Please note, as part of the interview process we are looking for your creativity in action. Finalist candidates will be given a simple prompt after the initial interview and asked to produce one short creative piece — such as a mock-up postcard, an Instagram post with caption, or a basic ad concept.
