We are seeking a Solutions Expert (Sales Representative) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying business needs, and delivering tailored solutions. This role is critical to driving growth by connecting prospective clients with the full suite of Cynergists services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and recommend appropriate solutions from Cynergists’ offerings.
- Present proposals, demos, and tailored solutions that align with client goals and business growth strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline in the CRM and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, and Client Success) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, automation tools, and business scaling strategies to position Cynergists as a trusted advisor.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or solutions consulting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify client challenges and align them with tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience a plus).
- Understanding of digital marketing, automation, or business scaling solutions preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, or consulting solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing, automation platforms, or operational scaling.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
