Location: Syracuse, NY / Part-Time
Starting salary Range: $18 - $23 / commensurate with experience
Role Overview
Are you ech-savvy with a "get it done" attitude and a passion for financial services? We are seeking a proactive, sales-minded person to team up as part of the operational backbone for a high-growth IAR financial consultant practice. This isn't just a data-entry role; you will be a key player in managing our client relationships, executing marketing strategies, and driving business growth through superior service and modern technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage new account onboarding, prepare complex paperwork, and facilitate client service requests (money moves, account maintenance) with 100% accuracy.
- Sales & Growth Support: Proactively identify opportunities for existing clients (e.g., scheduling review meetings) and assist in managing the sales pipeline to ensure no lead is left behind.
- Marketing Management: Execute marketing plans across social media, email campaigns, and client events using tools like Canva and marketing automation.
- Digital Lead: Serve as the practice expert for DocuSign (e-signature workflows) and CRM management (data integrity, task tracking, and client reporting).
- Marketing : updating website, social media, good with Canva, FMG, text, email, seminar and direct mail campaigns.
- Client Service Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients, providing empathetic and professional communication via phone and email.
Qualifications & Skills
- Tech Mastery: Highly proficient in DocuSign, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail), and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (especially Excel).
- Sales Mindset: Ability to communicate value and maintain a focus on business development while handling administrative tasks.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in financial services or a fast-paced professional office environment is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional people skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: A "perfectionist" approach to compliance-related documentation and financial reporting.
