eCommerce & Graphic Design Coordinator

Job Summary

The Part-Time eCommerce & Graphic Design Coordinator will support day-to-day eCommerce operations while creating visually engaging digital assets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative individual with hands-on experience in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, customer service, website updates, and graphic design. The Coordinator will help ensure a seamless online shopping experience while maintaining consistent brand visuals across all digital channels.

Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Chinese is required.

Key Responsibilities:

eCommerce Operations & Customer Service

  • Provide basic customer support for Shopify and Amazon orders, including inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and product information
  • Monitor and respond to customer messages, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with order management, refunds, exchanges, and issue resolution
  • Support Amazon Seller Central operations, including case management and listing updates

Graphic Design & Creative Support

  • Design digital assets for the website, email marketing, social media, Meta ads, and online marketplaces
  • Create and update product images, banners, promotional graphics, and marketing materials
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
  • Assist with creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and promotions

Website & Platform Management

  • Assist with updates to the Shopify/Amazon website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, banners, and content changes
  • Ensure website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Support landing page updates and seasonal or promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and external digital marketing agency

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, graphic design, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and empathetic communication style
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce best practices and online merchandising
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
