Social Media Manager
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and sale associate to lead our brand’s online presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics to effectively connect with target audiences and elevate our brand’s reputation. The Social Media Manager will work closely with marketing, design, and public relations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, managing multiple accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility in search results.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and visual content creation.
- Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and coordinate outreach efforts.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and tone before publishing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing practices, e-commerce integration, and emerging platforms.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social listening, web analytics, and keyword research techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, as well as video editing skills.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Ability to create compelling visual content through graphic design and photography skills.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies including branding and relationship management.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading.
- Knowledge of public relations, content creation, social media marketing, and e-commerce integration is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign success.
