Job Description: Videographer/Editor (Adobe Premiere Creative Suite)

We are seeking a skilled Videographer/Editor who is proficient in using the Adobe Premiere Creative Suite to join our team. As a Videographer/Editor, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content to support our organization's marketing and promotional efforts. You will collaborate with our creative team to bring our ideas to life through visually engaging videos.

Responsibilities:

1. Video Production: Capture high-quality video footage using professional-grade cameras and equipment, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and composition.
2. Video Editing: Utilize Adobe Premiere Creative Suite to edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with our brand guidelines and storytelling objectives.
3. Post-Production: Enhance videos with color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects to achieve a professional and captivating final product.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including directors, producers, and graphic designers, to ensure video projects are executed effectively and meet project goals.
5. Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance the visual storytelling and overall quality of video projects.
6. Organization and File Management: Maintain an organized system for video files, ensuring proper archiving and easy accessibility for future reference or revisions.
7. Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of videos to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to project requirements before final delivery.
8. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about industry trends, techniques, and advancements in video production and editing to continuously improve skills and processes.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Suite: Extensive experience and expertise in using Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, including knowledge of advanced editing techniques, transitions, effects, and color grading.
2. Video Production Knowledge: Familiarity with videography principles, camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording to capture high-quality footage.
3. Creativity and Attention to Detail: Ability to think creatively, visualize concepts, and pay close attention to details to deliver visually compelling and cohesive videos.
4. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements.
5. Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain an organized file management system.
6. Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous video editing and videography work is required to demonstrate technical skills and creative abilities.
