Demo Session Facilitator

We are seeking a reliable and professional Demo Session Facilitator to conduct virtual and in-person demonstration sessions for prospective and interested clients. This is a part-time, appointment-based role offering flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate is confident, client-focused, and capable of delivering clear and engaging demo experiences that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person demo sessions to prospective and interested clients.
• Clearly present product/service features, benefits, and basic use cases during demo sessions.
• Respond to client questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Coordinate availability and attend scheduled demo appointments on time.
• Travel to designated locations for in-person demos when required.
• Represent the organization professionally and in alignment with company values.
• Provide basic post-demo feedback or notes, as required by the organization.

Performance Expectations

• Attend and conduct 100% of assigned demo sessions as scheduled, with punctuality and professionalism.
• Deliver demo sessions that meet company quality standards, including clarity, engagement, and accuracy.
• Maintain a high client satisfaction rating, as measured through feedback or follow-up surveys.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to adapt presentations based on audience needs.
• Comply with all company policies, including confidentiality, conduct, and travel reimbursement guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma, Undergraduate, or Graduate degree (required).
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable engaging with clients in both virtual and in-person environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Basic technical proficiency to conduct virtual demo sessions (e.g., video conferencing tools).

Work Schedule

• Part-time, appointment-based scheduling.
• Hours will vary based on business needs and scheduled demo sessions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range of $25–$35 per hour.
• Travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
• Flexible work schedule.
