Join Radiant Consulting’s Wichita team as an AT&T Sales Representative. As a sales and business consulting firm, we partner with AT&T to deliver targeted outreach and customer acquisition strategies. This role provides hands-on experience with AT&T’s telecom services and a clear path for professional development in a performance-driven setting.

As an AT&T Sales Representative, you’ll support targeted outreach campaigns focused on AT&T’s internet, TV, and phone services. You’ll help drive customer acquisition, manage service enrollments, and contribute to campaign performance—all while gaining valuable experience in telecom sales and business consulting.

Day-to-Day Duties of the AT&T Sales Representative

  • Present AT&T internet, TV, and phone services to customers with clarity and professionalism, using approved outreach channels.
  • Explain service features, pricing, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions based on household needs.
  • Support customers with account setup, plan selection, and service enrollment using AT&T’s internal systems and campaign tools.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, service activity, and enrollment details to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals, share insights, and enhance overall outreach performance.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation in all customer communications and service support.

What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Sales Representative

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account support preferred; structured training is provided for motivated candidates with no prior experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present AT&T services clearly and professionally across outreach channels
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-based environment with defined goals, metrics, and campaign timelines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing customer accounts, service enrollments, and reporting tasks
