Life Cycle Specialist (Client Retention and Outreach)

MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN COATESVILLE, PA OR IN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE. 

Position Overview:


This position is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing and

past customers. This role involves proactive internal and external research, direct written and

verbal outreach to current and historical clients, updates to company client contact information,

inquire about parts and service needs, and identify new business opportunities. Directing these

client interests to the appropriate internal dept for action. The ideal candidate will be a strong

communicator with excellent research and organizational skills who can effectively manage

client information in the company’s CRM system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact current and previous clients to update and verify contact and company

information.

  • Inquire about upcoming parts, service, or maintenance needs and communicate these opportunities to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Ask clients about their satisfaction with products and services and identify opportunities for testimonials, references, or referrals.
  • Record all client communications and updates in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to share insights, leads, and potential opportunities.
  • Assist in creating follow-up communications, call scripts, or reports as needed.
  • Support marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns designed to re-engage past clients.
  • Support marketing efforts through social media and website updates.
  • Development of technical written material to support equipment brochures, fliers, news letters, internal and external publications as needed.
  • Tradeshow events & coordination for the sales team.
  • Other related dept activities assigned.
  • Company travel to tradeshows or client sites : < 0-5%

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or current Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging phone manner.
  • Excellent research and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Comfortable identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling or re-engagement.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., AirTable, Salesforce, HubSpot, PipeDrive, or similar).
  • Marketing experience, social media, etc preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer relations, account management, or client sales support.
