Territory Sales Representative
About the Opportunity
We are a brand-new, fully virtual telehealth psychiatry practice serving all of Florida with conservative, evidence-based medication management rooted in a Christian worldview. We are looking for one highly motivated, independent sales professional to own a territory in Florida.
This is a pure commission, 1099 contractor role with no base salary, no benefits, and no micromanagement. You will have complete autonomy to build your own book of referral sources and run the territory exactly how you see fit. We will not direct your daily activities or tell you how to approach contacts—your success depends entirely on your drive, creativity, and ability to build relationships.
What You Will Own
- Prospect and build long-term referral relationships with:
- Pastors & church leaders
- Biblical counselors & Christian therapists
- Licensed mental health therapists (especially those open to out-of-network or faith-aligned care)
- Family physicians & primary care providers
- PHP/IOP programs & mental health centers that need post-discharge psychiatric follow-up
- Facilitate warm introductions and referrals of patients (primarily teens, young adults, and families struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, etc.) to our practice
- Develop your own outreach strategy (cold email, LinkedIn, phone calls, church events, networking groups, etc.)
- Track your pipeline and report basic progress
- Grow a sustainable book of referral sources that produces consistent patient flow
Compensation
- $150–$200 per new patient who completes their initial intake appointment and is directly attributable to your referrals.
- Significant bonus based on completing sales targets
- Completely uncapped, the more patients you bring in, the more you earn.
- As the practice grows and revenue increases, top performers may be considered for full-time salaried roles with benefits in the future as well as management level positions.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven sales personality: hunter mentality, thick skin, loves cold outreach, thrives on relationship-building and closing.
- Highly independent and self-motivated, you do not need or want daily direction.
- Comfortable working 100% remotely with zero oversight.
- Strong alignment with Christian values and excited about helping faith-based families access mental health care.
- Experience in B2B sales, healthcare outreach, nonprofit/church networking, or referral-based business development is a big plus (but not required).
- Organized enough to manage your own CRM
- Able to start immediately and commit consistent time (10–30 hours/week to begin).

- High risk / high reward: No guaranteed income, but unlimited upside if you build a strong referral network.
- You will have real ownership of the Florida territory and significant influence on how the practice grows.
