Interior Design / Decorating Intern

West Chin Architect and Interiors (WCA&I) is a modern, high-end residential and hospitality architecture and interior design firm with four home-furnishings showrooms and an in-house furniture and product line. We are seeking a motivated Interior Design / Decorating Intern to join our team either part time or full time.

WCA&I fosters creativity within a dynamic, collaborative, and casual studio environment. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop practical design skills while working alongside project designers on modern, high-end residential and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting space planning and design development
• Assisting project designers with FF&E selections and documentation
• Vendor correspondence
• Preparing and organizing project documentation
• Assisting with ordering, installations and on-site coordination

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel & Adobe InDesign
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• A collaborative team player with strong listening and note-taking skills
