Corrections Technician

The Corrections Technician is responsible for processing and caring for inmates housed in the Wentzville Police Jail. This role requires a strong commitment to professionalism, respect, and adherence to departmental policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inmate Processing: Book inmates, take pictures and fingerprints, and arrange vehicle releases.
• Inmate Care: Schedule showers and meals, administer medications, and purchase supplies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all city, department, and division policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Professionalism: Maintain a positive and productive environment, treating all inmates with respect and professionalism
