Account Coordinator - Meetings & Incentives

Summary:

Fusion is looking for a quick-learning, adaptive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Account Coordinator to support our client programs, events, and travel incentive trips. In this role, you’ll assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events while providing top-tier customer service to program participants. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality, event management, or travel industry professional looking to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Team across several clients, including (but not limited to) administrative tasks, project management assistance, brief development, research, event execution and staffing, budgeting, file organization, data configuration, etc.
  • Work with all departments and disciplines to deliver quality work for our clients.
  • Assist in designing, planning, and executing meetings, events, conferences, and travel incentive trips for our clients.
  • Manage participant support and customer service as it relates to program rules, event registrations, system issues, and more.
  • Assist with the setup and distribution of program marketing campaigns, including registration website, pre-trip communications, mailers, and mobile app.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and work back plans.
  • Escalate issues to the project lead when necessary.
  • Perform other job-related duties as specified by your manager.
  • Travel domestically and internationally for onsite execution of programs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or travel coordination (internships count!)
  • Strong work ethic & problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Cvent is a plus.
  • Flexibility & enthusiasm: Willingness to help with any task, travel & work onsite at events, and work occasional nights/weekends as needed.
