Internship Trust Administration
- Processing bill payment and trust distributions while ensuring proper documentation.
- Pulling and organizing monthly statements for delegated (held-away) investment accounts.
- Assisting with the completion of initial and annual account reviews.
- Assisting with the preparation of discretionary distribution forms and annual budgets.
- Entering and maintaining client and account information in trust operations systems and ensuring records are properly documented and filed.
- Generating standard reports for clients and internal teams, and assist with preparing statements, schedules, and performance summaries as needed.
- Participating in special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, system upgrades, or procedural enhancements.
- Participating in monthly Client Service Committee “Lunch and Learn” sessions, as well as all scheduled staff meetings.
- Assisting other departments with tasks and projects as needed to support overall business operations.
