About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Associate to support demand generation, lead qualification, and client engagement for our IT products and professional services serving healthcare and financial services organizations. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, articulate, and eager to learn both technology-driven solutions and regulated industries.
The ideal candidate is smart, coachable, and growth-oriented, with an interest in marketing, sales, and client-facing work. This position offers a clear path to grow into Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Marketing Manager roles.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, website, and partner channels
Create and maintain marketing collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, website content)
Support content development for blogs, thought leadership, and industry-focused messaging
Track campaign performance and support reporting on leads, conversions, and engagement
Sales Support
Qualify inbound leads and support outbound prospecting efforts
Research target accounts in healthcare and financial services
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses
Coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups
Maintain CRM data accuracy and support pipeline tracking
Client & Market Engagement
Learn and communicate the value of IT solutions (cloud, data, security, automation, analytics)
Understand client pain points in regulated industries (HIPAA, security, compliance, cost efficiency)
Support client onboarding and post-sale relationship management
Participate in industry events, webinars, and virtual demos
Required Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or related roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in technology, IT services, or SaaS solutions
Comfortable engaging with prospects via email, phone, and video meetings
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, financial services, or IT consulting
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Understanding of regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO, PCI-DSS)
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data analytics, or software services
Prior experience supporting B2B sales cycles
