We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team at our Mount Kisco location. This role is central to the growth of Canvas Medical Spa’s online presence, shaping our brand voice, cultivating our social media following, and ensuring every digital interaction reflects the warmth, luxury, and professionalism of the Canvas experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, visually driven, and passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and wellness, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and platforms.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in social media management preferably in Medical Spa Industry, marketing, advertising, PR, or sales
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media/digital tools
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-growing, luxury business
- Must meet all U.S. employment and eligibility requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation & Capture and Write Captions for related Medical Spa serivces and treatments posted
- Create and post engaging content for Instagram, FB, Stories, Reels, and TikTok
- Capture in-spa photo and video content including treatments, team moments, and before/afters
- Maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic aligned with the Canvas brand
- Support promotions, launches, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online mentions while following HIPAA compliance
- Establish & Grow the IG/FB company account by following & interacting with local business, cosmetic industry pages, and clients
- Meet with Canvas Medical Spa management to provide them with upcoming strategies and implement the marketing posts and social media marketing calendar.
- Post regularly using text, images, and video to engage target audiences
- Must be willing to perform other duties outside of social media responsibilities such as front desk tasks, including client check-in, scheduling, phone/email inquiries, etc
